Am 18.10.2025 gewann ich die Deutschen Meisterschaften im Kartslalom K4.

Nach dem ersten Lauf lag ich auf Platz 6, also war mir klar jetzt muss ich liefern. Der Druck war sehr hoch, doch dann setzte ich mich ins Kart und fuhr Bestzeit (zu diesem Zeitpunkt). Danach hieß es abwarten, da ich der 6te Starter war musste ich lange warten. Nach und nach schob ich mich immer weiter nach vorne, am Ende kamen meine Eltern zu mir und sagten „ich bin mir nicht sicher aber ich glaube du bist 2ter“! Innerlich war ich einerseits froh, aber auch traurig da ich so knapp an dem Meistertitel war. Dann kam das Ergebnis und ich rannte direkt hin und sah: 1. Leon Helfert! Ich drehte mich um und sagte zu meinen Eltern: „1ter?“ Ich fragte mich: „Haben die einen Fehler gemacht?“ So langsam realisierte ich es und ich bin immer noch soooo dankbar für diesen Tag und meiner Trainerin Jessi.

On 18.10 I won the German championships in the kart slalom K4.

I thought to myself, „did they make a mistake?“ I slowly realized that I am the German Champion and I am still soooo grateful for this day and to my trainer Jessi.
